PLEDCO is a Non-Profit organization that was setup to oversee the proper use of funds granted by the Canadian and Saskatchewan Governments. Each PLEDCO Community appoints 2 Directors to serve 4 year terms on the board or directors.

This is my second term on the PLEDCO Board as President. I am currenlty retired but worked for the Saskatchewan government career and employement services over the last 25 years in Ile a la Crosse. I also been a volunteer board member of the Sakitawak Group Home in Ile a la Crosse for the last 3 years.

My name is Tavio Morin. I reside in Ile-a-la Crosse. I have been a PLEDCO board member for almost 2 years now. The reason I wanted to be a PLEDCO board member is to use my voice to speak for the residents of the 4 communities. I believe with my experience in many unique roles I bring a lot of different perspectives to the board.

I am from and represent the community of Beauval. I am the Secretary/ Treasurer of PLEDCO and have been on the Board since 2008. I have lived in the North all my life. I work as an Administrative Assistant for Northern Lights School Division at the Beauval Sub Office. I also currently serve as a board member on CIPI – Beauval, Beaver River Regional Housing, Northland’s College and on GDI as a selection committee member.

Steven Lariviere Jans Bay
Hello my name is Steven Lariviere, I reside in Jans Bay. Over the last 2 and a half years I have been working as the water operator for the Hamlet. Previously I had various camp jobs in Saskatchewan and Alberta. I've picked up a lot of work experience and today I am back home and I want to pass my experience to others from young to old. I sit on the PLEDCO board to gain knowledge and to help out my community in any ways I can. I am grateful for the new experience I am getting while working with PLEDCO and our communities.

Hello, My name is Lance Couillonneur. I am a heavy duty mechanic and I work in Cigar Lake since 2008. I got my red sela in trades in 2012. I enjoy the outdoors and being on the lake. I am very proud and excited to be part of PLEDCO and all the great work they do in our 4 communities.
